Welcoming New Board President: Ken Underwood

We are pleased to share that Ken Underwood has stepped into the role of Board President of the North Star Historic Conservancy.

Ken has been actively involved with North Star House for the past seven years, serving across multiple committees and contributing to the ongoing restoration effort.

He approaches this role with a focus on making the house accessible to everyone, working collaboratively across the organization, and keeping the space open and usable for the community.

With a background as a software engineer in the aerospace industry, Ken brings a strong systems-based mindset and an understanding of how many moving parts come together to support a successful organization.

He is passionate about ensuring North Star House continues to grow as a community-oriented space that serves a wide range of people and programs. We are grateful for Ken’s leadership and look forward to this next chapter for North Star House.
