An Evening of Music in Support of North Star House Interiors

Rebekah Freeman, lead of the North Star House Interiors Committee, hosted a special fundraiser concert in support of the Interiors Restoration and Furnishing efforts.

Rebekah shared her talent with an audience of friends, supporters, and community members, all gathered together to enjoy an evening of music while also supporting the ongoing work of the Interiors Committee. The fundraiser was a beautiful success, raising nearly $1,000 to help continue furnishing and caring for the interior spaces of the North Star House.

The performance also featured the talents of Eric Howe, Rebekah’s vocal coach and pianist for the evening, along with Nancy McRay, whose duets with Eric added something truly special to the night. George Husaruk joined on flute, and Janet Rossman sang alongside Rebekah for several songs, adding even more warmth and energy to the evening.

We are so grateful to Rebekah for giving her time, talent, and heart to North Star House in such a meaningful way. Her dedication to the interiors of the house continues to help move this work forward, and this concert was a beautiful reminder that restoration happens not only through hard work and donations, but through creativity, generosity, and people showing up for a place they love.
