Volunteers Needed for Midsummer Festival

The Mid-Summer Festival is coming up, and we would love a little extra volunteer support to help make the day run smoothly.

Event Date: Saturday, July 11

Event Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

This family-friendly event will include magic shows, activities, crafts, games, vendors, and plenty of guests exploring the North Star House and grounds. To help everything come together, we are looking for volunteers who can assist with setup, parking, activity areas, guest support, breaks, and cleanup.

Volunteer shifts are available on Friday for event preparation, as well as throughout the day on Saturday, July 11 with different time slots to choose from.

Help is especially needed with:

• Event setup and signs

• Parking support as guests arrive

• Craft booth assistance

• Activity areas, games, and scavenger hunt supportInside house guest support

• Break relief for volunteers stationed at booths

• After-event cleanup

We really do need the extra hands to help make this event run smoothly. With activities happening across the house and grounds, volunteer support helps guests feel welcomed, keeps activity areas organized, and gives longer-shift volunteers a chance to step away when needed.
